The Jaguar XJS is the classic sports tourer coupe which made jaguar famous to a whole set of sports tourer enthusiasts. The XJS has been replaced by the current Jaguar XK, now in its second generation and available as a coupe or convertible. Designed by Ian Callum, also responsible for the Aston Martin DB7 and Vanquish coupes, the Jaguar XK has similar styling and also draws influences from the classic Jaguar E type. Car of the year 2006, the Jaguar XK has proved a resounding success.
